Tube, bends and exhaust components

Compare material, outside and inside dimensions, wall thickness, bend angle, radius and supplied length for your layout. Round, oval and nominal pipe sizes need to be checked against the exact mating part rather than matched by the size name alone.

Explore cast aluminium turbo elbows and reducers, 316 stainless tube, 316 stainless 90-degree bends, pie cuts, stainless steel reducers and V-band kits. Confirm flange profile, clamp compatibility and kit contents before pairing V-band components from different listings.

Weld tabs, bungs and tube connectors

Choose weld-on tabs by material, thickness, hole size, stand-off and tube radius. For threaded tube bungs, check thread size, pitch, left- or right-hand thread, tube diameter and wall thickness. A threaded linkage bung is not interchangeable with a fluid-system weld fitting.

For weld-in tube connectors, confirm the specified tube dimensions and intended application. Do not assume a chassis-style connector is an intake or intercooler pipe coupler. Load-bearing mounts, suspension parts and restraint attachments require a suitable design and qualified fabrication, not just a dimensional match.

Panel hardware, sheet steel and heat protection

Check quarter-turn fastener length, spring type, panel thickness and included hardware. For sheet steel, compare grade, thickness, sheet dimensions and sale unit. Heat wrap, sleeves and sound-deadening products have their own installation instructions and application limits; do not treat them as interchangeable.
