Planning a return bend

Match the outside diameter to your connecting pipework and check the U-bend's radius, leg lengths and overall dimensions against your available space. A 180-degree angle alone does not establish whether the bend will fit a compact installation.

Confirm wall thickness and surface finish on the individual product where these matter to your build. Match connecting couplers and clamps to the pipework and test-fit components before final fabrication.

For welded or modified installations, select fabrication methods and consumables suitable for the specified alloy and follow the manufacturer's guidance.
