Product Range:

• AN Plugs (Male): Seal unused female AN ports on manifolds, fuel rails, oil pans, and fittings. Available in all AN sizes from -3 to -20
• AN Caps (Female): Cover unused male AN fittings and hose ends. Prevents contamination and provides clean appearance
• Port Plugs (ORB & NPT): Seal O-ring boss and NPT threaded ports on engine blocks, oil pans, and custom fabrications
• Bulkhead Nuts: Secure bulkhead fittings through firewalls, panels, and tanks. Includes jam nuts and lock nuts for vibration resistance
• Sealing Washers: Aluminium and copper crush washers for proper sealing on banjo bolts, port plugs, and bulkhead installations

Installation Tips:

AN Plugs: Use a light coating of thread sealant or PTFE tape on tapered NPT threads. AN straight threads use O-rings or washers for sealing—never use thread sealant on straight AN threads.

Bulkhead Nuts: Tighten bulkhead nuts evenly to prevent distortion of panels. Use proper sealing washers on both sides of the bulkhead for leak-free installation.

Crush Washers: Always replace aluminium and copper crush washers—they're designed for one-time use and won't seal properly if reused.
