Installation Tips:

Clean both the bung and the aluminum surface thoroughly before welding. Use TIG welding with 4043 or 5356 filler rod for best results. Ensure proper penetration around the entire circumference of the bung. After welding, allow to cool naturally and inspect for complete fusion. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to NPT threads when installing fittings.
