For a carburettor, check the intake manifold mounting pattern, CFM rating, choke type and secondary operation against your engine and application. Confirm fuel requirements, linkage connections and air-cleaner clearance using the individual model's specifications.

For spacers and gaskets, match the square-bore, spread-bore or Dominator pattern to both the carburettor and manifold. Check spacer height, port design and bonnet clearance, then choose mounting studs with the correct thread and sufficient length for the complete mounting stack.
