Match the fitting and hose

Check the AN or hose size, banjo eye size, fitting angle and available clearance. For hose ends, confirm compatibility with the specified hose brand, series and size. A matching nominal hose size does not establish compatibility with every hose construction.

Choose the correct banjo bolt

Match the bolt thread diameter and pitch to the receiving component. The collection includes metric and imperial threads; similar-looking sizes and different pitches are not interchangeable. Check the required bolt length, banjo thickness, sealing-washer arrangement and whether the installation uses a single or double banjo connection.
