Choosing your 60-degree bend

Match the outside diameter to your pipework and connecting couplers. Check the bend radius, leg lengths and available installation space before ordering; the angle and diameter alone do not establish fitment.

Confirm wall thickness and surface finish where these matter to your build. The 3.00-inch listing specifies a mill/raw aluminium finish, so do not assume the range is polished.

Test-fit your pipework before final fabrication. For welded or modified installations, select methods and consumables suitable for the specified alloy and follow the manufacturer's guidance.
