Choose Your Exhaust Wrap

• Black fibreglass exhaust wrap: 1-inch and 2-inch widths in 50 ft rolls. Product listings specify a temperature rating up to 650°C.
• Titanium exhaust wrap: 1-inch widths in 25 ft and 50 ft rolls, plus 2-inch widths in 25 ft and 100 ft rolls. Product listings specify a direct-contact temperature rating up to 980°C.
• Securing ties: The exhaust wrap listings include 10 stainless steel locking ties per roll.

Heat Shield Sleeves for Hoses & Wiring

Proflow aluminium and aramid heat shield sleeves are available in 1 metre lengths with 10 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm internal diameters. Their Velcro fastening allows installation without disconnecting lines. Product listings specify a radiant-heat rating up to 500°C.

Check Size, Rating & Installation Requirements

Before ordering, check the individual product's dimensions, temperature rating and suitability for your application. Direct-contact and radiant-heat ratings describe different exposure conditions and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Choose wrap width and roll length to suit the pipe diameter, bends and coverage required. For sleeves, check the internal diameter against the hose or wiring bundle and allow the clearance specified in the product instructions.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation, overlap, fastening and first heat cycles. Wetting and curing requirements should be checked for the specific wrap rather than applied to every material.
