Choosing a 90-degree aluminium elbow

Check the listed outside diameter, bend radius and leg lengths before ordering. A 90-degree angle alone does not establish whether a bend will fit a tight space. Match connecting couplers and clamps to your pipework and allow for installation clearance.

Most listings specify AL6061 aluminium and mandrel-bent construction; check the individual product details rather than assuming every bend has identical specifications. Confirm wall thickness, alloy and surface finish where these are important to your project.
