Plugs, Caps & Plumbing Hardware

• AN flare plugs and caps: Close compatible unused flare connections. Match the AN size and male or female connection to your fitting.
• O-ring port plugs: Choose the correct port size and confirm the required O-ring and sealing arrangement.
• NPT plugs: Match the tapered pipe thread size to the port and follow the manufacturer's sealing instructions.
• Washer-seal plug: Check the listed metric thread and required sealing washer before ordering.
• Bulkhead nuts: Secure compatible bulkhead fittings to panels or brackets. Check the fitting thread and available mounting space.

Check the Connection Before Ordering

AN flare, O-ring port, NPT and washer-sealed connections use different sealing methods. AN flare connections seal at the mating flare seats, not the threads. Do not choose a plug by thread diameter alone: confirm the thread specification, sealing surface and application.

A bulkhead nut secures the fitting; it does not by itself create a fluid-tight seal through a tank or panel. Follow the fitting manufacturer's installation instructions and check individual listings for material, finish, dimensions and fluid compatibility.
