Material Options:

Speedflow plugs and caps are available in aluminium (lightweight, corrosion-resistant) and steel (maximum strength for high-pressure applications). Choose aluminium for most applications, steel for extreme pressure or high-vibration environments. All components feature anodized or plated finishes for corrosion protection and professional appearance.

Installation Tips:

AN Plugs: Use a light coating of thread sealant or PTFE tape on tapered NPT threads. AN straight threads use O-rings or washers for sealing—never use thread sealant on straight AN threads.

Bulkhead Nuts: Tighten bulkhead nuts evenly to prevent distortion of panels. Use proper sealing washers on both sides of the bulkhead for leak-free installation.

Crush Washers: Always replace aluminium and copper crush washers—they're designed for one-time use and won't seal properly if reused.
